We’ve designed this section to provide you with easy steps on adopting no-smoking policies in condominium corporations--either through a declaration amendment, or the creation of a bylaw or rule. 

This section also provides different strategies for addressing complaints of second-hand smoke where there is no specific bylaw in place to restrict or ban smoking in the condo complex.
